Career data on futureXP is sourced from publicly available research including the Bureau of Labor Statistics. While we strive for accuracy, this information is provided for exploratory purposes and should not be used as the sole basis for major career or financial decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and branding on futureXP are the property of futureXP and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

futureXP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also request deletion of your account at any time by contacting hello@myfuturexp.com.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
